Wendel Consult provides narrated, assessed health and safety training for the people doing the work and the managers running it — built on the EU Framework Directive 89/391/EEC, with the legal reference on the slide and an honest note where the law requires nothing at all.

What makes this different from a course catalogue?

01

Cited to the article

Not "compliant with EU regulations" — Art. 6(3)(a), on the slide, checkable in ten seconds.

02

Honest about the gaps

States plainly where EU law requires nothing at all — no fear, no invented percentages.

03

Under your control

Per-seat, 12-month licences. Revoke on exit and access dies — provably, not by promise.

Can we run the courses in our own LMS?

Yes. Every module ships as a SCORM 1.2 package you load into the learning platform you already own — TalentLMS, Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors or your own. Completions and scores stay in your system, on your side of the firewall. If you don't have an LMS, we host it for you.

01

Load it in three steps

Licence the seats, download the SCORM package, upload it to your LMS. Usually live the same day.

02

Your records, your platform

Completion, score and certificate data are written to your LMS — nothing to export from a vendor portal at audit time.

03

Updated when the law moves

Modules are revised when the directives or national rules change; updates released inside your licence term are included.

What documentation do we get for an audit?

Each module ends with a knowledge check — seven questions, pass mark six of seven — and produces a completion record naming the worker, the module, the date and the score. That record, plus the signed training-record sheet supplied with every module, is the evidence an inspector or an ISO 45001 auditor asks for under competence and awareness requirements (Cl. 7.2–7.3).

Frequently asked questions

Who should take this training?

Safety Core is for everyone doing physical work — construction, manufacturing, logistics, utilities. Safety Leadership is for the supervisors and managers who plan and resource that work. Most companies license both.

How long does a module take?

Roughly 20–40 minutes per module, including the knowledge check. Workers can stop and resume; the LMS keeps their place.

What does it cost?

From €49 per seat per year for a single track at 101–500 seats, or €79 at 1–100 seats. Both tracks together run €75–€119 per seat per year depending on volume. Prices are published in full on the pricing page — no quote required to see them.

Is this the statutory Danish arbejdsmiljøuddannelse (§9)?

No — and it isn't meant to be. The statutory §9 course trains your three AMO representatives and must be delivered by an Arbejdstilsynet-approved provider. Safety Core trains everyone else on site and gives you the documented awareness training the law also expects.

What languages is the training available in?

English and Danish today, with the same locked layout in both. Further EU languages are produced on request through the same translation pipeline.

Can we try it before licensing?

Yes. One full module — narrated and assessed, exactly as your people would see it — runs free, with no card and no seat used.

What happens if someone fails the knowledge check?

The trainer's answer key gives the rationale and the slide reference for every question, so the gap is reviewable rather than guessed at. The worker revisits those slides and retakes the check; both attempts are recorded.

Who writes the modules?

Bo Wendel — formerly Head of QHS at Ørsted, with a QHSE career across Energinet, Ørsted and Yara. Every module is written and assessed by one practitioner and checked against EUR-Lex. More about the background →
